Yakitori Bar, a classic Asian fusion restaurant, breaking new ground in the country for more than 20 years. Since 2002, with a unique menu, where a large amount of knowledge and ingredients have been integrated. The Chefs, with specializations in Eastern and Western cuisine, have added a tropical twist to the flavors, tailored to satisfy their clientele.

At Yakitori Bar, talking about fusion is talking about innovating, pampering and satisfying customer tastes. The mixture of culinary styles from different cultures, representative ingredients from other countries, condiments, spices and techniques.

At The Wave Concepts we wanted to implement the colors of the Japanese flag in the branding of the brand, representing the simplicity and classical style of the Japanese restaurant. Yakitori means “grilled bird”, a type of Japanese chicken skewer. Therefore, the inspiration for the logo was a skewer with the name written vertically, symbolizing Japanese writing and resembling a "Yakitori" skewer.
