Brothaus "Artisan" Bakery: gets thrown around so often that some worry it has lost the heart of its meaning. Brothaus, however, showcases what it means to be a true artisan of baking. 

The local artisan bakery is dedicated to providing excellence through tradition, letting their ancestral roots make the difference. Brothaus specializes in evoking nostalgia by embracing millennial artisan processes and baking like the old times. The staple? Sourdough breads and baked goods, crafted by hand in small batches using 100% natural raw materials, focusing on innovating while maintaining the pillars of tradition.

Our goal, as The Wave Concepts was to create a visual identity that honored the simplistic & minimalist roots with their European touch. The color palette pays tribute to their jewish roots and earthy natural tones which make up with the products’ handmade essence. The brand visuals, starting at the logo were all thought to have a rough “full of flour” feeling as any bakery always is, combining it with wheat branches and warm visual elements to make reference to the artisanal process.
